Chronic Ear Infections

It has been demonstrated that speleotherapy can assist children with even late-stage chronic ear infections. Doctors often tell parents that their only solution is antibiotics or the implantation of tubes in the child’s ear canals, but where speleotherapy is available, children find dramatic relief from their chronic ear infections by using this natural and non-invasive solution.

Breathewell recommends that children suffering from chronic ear infections spend an hour in the Salt Room twice a week. Speleotherapists recommend an initial treatment course of 4 trial sessions in order to check the effect. If it is found to be beneficial, patients sign up for a course of 14 one-hour treatments, ideally twice a week with a 48-hour break between sessions, to see optimum results.
