Salt Lamp

This device was developed in Poland and comprises a large piece of rock salt with an attached light bulb. The heat of the light glowing through the salt releases its therapeutic micro-particles into the air, for the patient sitting/sleeping next to the rock to inhale. It is particularly useful for children who suffer from asthma and allergies, as it cleanses the air and helps to boost the body’s immunity to disease. Using it at night allows the patient to inhale the beneficial mineral-enriched air while breathing deeply in a relaxed state.

Salt Pipe

The ceramic Salt Pipe was invented in Hungary. The patient breathes through the pipe, inhaling gently through the mouth and breathing out through the nose. The Salt Pipe is filled with halite salt crystals which contain sodium chloride, magnesium and calcium, and which should last approximately 5 years of normal use. The natural cleansing mechanism of the halite salt cleans the air passages and cells, making mucus thinner and easing expectoration and breathing.
